  • Support Our Ministry through Giving

    As you consider your giving, you can choose from several funds, including Pasta & The Word, Northport Food Pantry, APLC Emergency Fund, Capital Fund (Building and Grounds), and special seasonal offerings and fundraising.    Each gift supports the life and ministry or our church in meaningful ways.  We invite you to visit our giving page to explore the options and give conveniently and securely. 

  • Altar Dedications

    Altar flowers, Sanctuary Candle, Candles of Grace, and Holy Communion (wine and bread) may be dedicated each week by filling out one of the altar charts in the narthex. You can also call the church office at 631-269-6454 with your dedication request. 


    The dedication may be “In Loving Memory of...” or “In Honor/Celebration of...” and will be printed in the bulletin of the Sunday you request. You will receive an invoice for your dedication. Please see costs below.

  • Scholarships

    Through the generous gift of Erwin Zimmermann in memory of Bill Atkinson, a scholarship fund has been established at Abiding Presence. Bill’s sister, Martha Haynes, also made a gift to the fund in memory of her brother. The fund is not intended to be a memorial for Bill Atkinson only. Gifts to the fund may be made in memory or in honor of your loved ones, or just in thanksgiving to God. The standards and amounts of scholarships have yet to be established, but applications will be open to students from Abiding Presence, Trinity Wyandanch and St. Andrew's Lutheran Church in Ellsworth, Maine.
